A3 International has no liability in the case of orders arising from typographical errors and reserves the right to cancel any orders. Every effort has been made to ensure accuracy of information listed and A3 international is not responsible for any errors contained therein. No returns on books, videos or sample cards. Tool and supply specifications are all approximate and are subject to change without notice. Payment Policy(two ways to pay) 1, Prepay with a personal check. It takes 10 days to clear check after receiving. 2, Pre pay with Paypal Delivery Informations. A3 International will normally ship most orders within 5 business days after receipt of payment. Any items out of stock will be informed to the customer. If you like to back order, please specify. Customer is responsible for shipping charges . We use Japanese postal service Cancelation, Returns and Replacement Policy If defective or incorrect merchandise is received because of an error by A3 International, notify us within 3 days after receipt. Defective products can be replaced with the same product. Return of non-defective products will be subject to a 25% restocking fee + Shipping charges (EMS). Cancelation of order before shipping will be subject to a 20% restocking and packing fee. Damaged Shipments A3 International is not liable for damage or loss of merchandise after it leaves our warehouse. If shipment shows evidence of damage, the package must be opened before signing delivery receipt. If damage or loss is evident, it must be noted on the carriers delivery sheet. Then file a claim immediately with the carrier and notify us. International Orders All custom, duties and taxes will be shipped collect and be paid by the Buyer. ( We are not sure but my customer in USA said, they were not asked import duties.) Shipping After receiving order, we will start packing.
